By accessing, browsing and/or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the bound terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including any re-export control laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, do not use this website or make any purchase of products from this website.

  • We accept PayPal including Master Card, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express.
  • All orders must be paid for before items will ship.
  • All shipping costs will be added to total order.
  • Hi-Rez Designs is not responsible for typographical errors on descriptions, pricing, or images.
  • Specifications and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
  • All orders subject to acceptance and approval. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Return Policy

  • There will absolutely be NO RETURNS or REFUNDS on any digital download.
  • Any hardware product being returned must be returned to Hi-Rez Designs in exactly the same condition in which it was received.
  • Any returned product (after inspection) buyer will ONLY receive the refund for the item itself. This DOES NOT include shipping fees.
  • No shipping fees will be refunded / credited for any placed or returned order.
  • Any damaged / defective product claims must be made to Hi-Rez Designs within 2 days of delivery / receipt.
  • No used / damaged for user error products will be credited or refunded.
  • There will be no cancellations on any order allowed if items have already shipped.
  • All items purchased prior to Oct. 15th can not be returned after Oct. 15th of the same year.

If an order or item needs to be returned please email: info@hi-rezdesigns.com. Any returns sent to us without first obtaining prior authorization will be returned to the buyer.

Hi-Rez Designs or any of it's representatives will in no way be liable for any damages or injuries, however they may occur, related to any products sold through any Hi-Rez Designs business.

Except as expressly stated herein, Hi-Rez Designs makes no representations or warranties of any kind with regards to products sold.
